Dear to all my Royal Nails & Spa customers. My name 's Jacob, new owner of Royal Nails & Spa. I am very apologized for any inconvenience of previous service you have done. We are now under new management. Any comments here from May, 2015 of other customers was not for us. I am not happy either with those comments about abortion of the previous owner was told to the other customer below. I and our workers here are Vietnamese and few of them can not speaking English fluently, that 's why sometimes we have to communicate to other workers with our mother's language. I love this spa. Every one who works here are as nice as they can be. I am 84 years old and if any of them see me getting out of my car they come out and help me. The door is always opened for me. I enjoy going there. The last crew that worked there is a different story. Ann who ran it stayed on the phone all the time her husband Kevin was real nice and rest of the one there were all kin to Ann.
