Tried calling the number listed, and the phone just rings and rings. I left it ring over 10 times and no one ever picked up.

Arrived at 1022am. The place is packed 1 window open average person time at that window is 15-20 min. You check in get a nmbr and have no idea where you are in line. All i need to do is a name change. People are standing, sleeping. I dont understand why this is such a toboccal. Sign says the order in which you arrive doesnt mean the order in which you are helped. Do i stay, do i leave? I had to take a vacation day for this. Now theres a guy at the window applying for ssdi. I work in disability i know this is going to take forever. Sigh. And the parking is crappy. Lot full i parked across the street. I would recommend going somewhere else. Not sure if this location is just crappy or if this is the way the government does this? I feel like im trapped in a cattle car.
