Fox Heating & Air

This company is unprofessional. Fox installed a new furnace and A/C at our property. After many permit and inspection delays as a result of Fox's lack of follow through, we finally passed City of Atlanta inspection nearly a month after the unit was installed. Fox has not even been out to test the furnace and A/C to ensure they are functioning properly and yet, they have still demanded immediate payment. I simply requested a discount due to the delays and James threatened to file a lawsuit against me. These guys will blame anyone and take no responsibility. Completely ridiculous.
