        Amy the hygienist is first class, love her. Dr. Lorenzo was great as well......but (yes Dr. Phil says you can forget everything I just said)..... This practice has the rudest Office Manger and I refuse to be treated how she treats people. I was getting a crown replaced and had one estimate, (of course they didn't bother to call my insurance company) and told me the wrong tooth they were doing when I scheduled the appt., so when I checked coverage is was different than theirs. Then to top it all off, I get finished with the temporary crown and they tell them they don't accept checks. So now I'm going to Scott Hardin in Town Lake who accepts any form of payment......good bye First Choice!

        Wonderful staff and the TVs in the ceiling are a GREAT idea! Quality work! I will refer my friends and family! Thank you so much!
