I would give less than one star. I carried my beloved Pom there on June 8,2020; due to COVID I had to stay in the car; I tried to explain he couldn’t walk; he must be paralyzed since his back left leg would not support him. They took him in and I sat in the parking lot from 7pm to 9pm and no word; I called and was told he was resting; still no word; at 11pm the vet called and said his back left leg had no use and they wanted to keep him overnight and perform an MRI in the morning. I agreed and left the hospital; 10 minutes later the vet is calling to tell me he had stopped breathing and did I want them to perform CPR; I had already given that info on his intake paperwork. I turned around from Canton and headed back to Woodstock where he later passed. I would never carry a pet back to this place due to their incompetence. He didn’t receive the care he needed as I was told there were several others in ahead of him. I am heartbroken.

DON'T GO HERE!! IF WE COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!! We came at 4am because our kitten (just given to us) was acting very strange and our vet was closed. Not only did they charge ungodly amounts, they sent home the wrong medicines, failed to tell us which kinda of parasites he has, did not mention we needed to keep him on a cheating pad, didn't give meds to help his diarrhea, and told us to syringe feed him every 2 hours and do the same for water. My kitten passed away from their negligence after following the instructions they gave and giving the wrong medication they told us to use.

wish I could give a lower score. I brought my 4 month old rabbit in with an emergency of fever, refusal to eat, bunched up posture and teeth grinding. (signs of pain and gi stasis) I took his temperature with three different thermometers and it registered between 105.7-105.9 each time. When I got to this location they took him to the back to check him over but did not being him back until release. The doctor came in and stated that she wanted to do iv fluids and oxbow critical care. She stated that he did have a little stasis going on but his temperature was 103. I asked about pain medications and she said she would research it and make sure none would be detrimental to his condition, but that he wasn't showing any real danger signs AND that she didn't think an xray would be necessary. She came back in and stated that she didn't think the iv fluids or the pain medication would be necessary, both times I said ok, trusting her expertise. When he was given to me I was told that he had been given both but yet when I went to check out I was told he was only given pain medication. The next day I took him to another vet (bells ferry) where he had a temperature of 106. I told them of the night before and it was stated that the only way this doctor could have gotten this temperature difference was to take the temperature inaccurately. (they put the thermometer in the wrong hole) As a result of this Cookie passed away due to a repiratory infection, gi stasis (gas in his belly, painful) and Pasteurellosis (a bacterial infection) within 24 hours of being seen here.
DONT USE THIS VET! After researching, I have found that there is more than one pet that has passed away due to the medical malpractice at this location. I wish I had looked before hand.

Took my German Shepherd in because she was lethargic & not eating. She was diagnosed with a bruise on her leg. She died within 12 hours. I came home with a bill of $440, $126 of that was medications she didn't live long enough to take. Never, never ever take an animal to this place. It's truly all about money.

Dr. Craig Quinlan took great care of our injured dog. He was so kind to her and did everything he could to help her and make her more comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful too. We are very happy with the results of her treatment at this clinic. Our dog is doing great and is very happy to be all better. Awesome Animal Care!!! Thank You!!!
