Letter sent to male owner of this small family owned business:

Hi, I just want you to know how my experience was with trying to use my groupon. I talked with two different ladies who both claimed to be the owner. One promised my son tennis and soccer back to back for 2 weeks to honor his groupon because I had left messages over several weeks trying to get him into his classes and didn't hear back and now my groupon was going to expire soon., The first lady which had a very young voice set him up for the 2 classes back to back for 2 tuesdays in a row and confirmed that would fulfill his 4 classes I bought off of groupon. I thanked her. Today I called back and asked if a friend could come bc my son seemed too shy to come by himself, the lady talking to me had an accent put me on hold for 15 min. so I had to call back. When she answered the phone she said he can only come for soccer, so I politely explained that he originally chose tennis and that soccer was simply added later to help him use the groupon before it expired. And that if possible that is what he would feel more comfortable doing bc he is too shy for soccer. She became very confrontational and starting interrupting me which she continued for the rest of the conversation. She said the other lady was mistaken and was wrong to set my son up for any tennis bc they were already booked. And also she was mistaken bc she thought I bought 8 classes and so I could not have been promised 2 classes back to back. I tried to explain that the other lady knew I had only 4 classes bc she added them up and said 2 classes this week and 2 next week and then he s done bc you only bought 4 classes. While I was explaining this to her she continued to interupt me and talk over me and put me on hold again for 10 min. When I called back the Young owner answered and completely contradicted what the other other said and yelled at me saying DID I CALL YOU AND CANCEL YOUR CLASSES ? NO! SO THEY ARE STILL AVAILABLE! I mentioned that now both her and the other owner have told me 2 different things and have both interrupted me constantly and all I want to know is what class/classes can he still come to because the owner (with the accent) told me he can only come to soccer., She refused to answer me and yelled again at me and I said I am getting a refund and she hung up on me. I know you will more than likely believe their side bc as the young girl pointed out you are a family business . But there is no need for both of them to constantly talk over a paid customer and interrupt and be very confrontational. I was calm throughout the whole conversation hoping to still bring in my son for his surprise. I got off the phone holding back tears that they could act so cruel to a mom. I know you will probably believe their side of the story but I just wanted you to know in your heart this is the truth coming from a christian lady. Sad experience and I am still shocked!
