B & P Tire & Wheel

I bought a tire for $50 less than two weeks ago. Today that tire was flat. When I asked about repair or replace I was told that for $25 they would repair the faulty tire (sold to me just two weeks ago). Complete ripoff! Stay away!

I was riding down the road it sounded like my motor was dragging the ground. The first place I came to was BP Tires. After an inspection I was told I needed brakes. The mechanic said to be there at 8:00 AM sharp the next morning. He got the job done at the best price ever. I was very happy with the honest, fast service. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP! JM

If I could give this dump a negative star I would. I have never had worse customer service in my life. There was a review of this dump that someone else had posted where his wife was threatned, I completely agree with his review.



My wife and I step into the office and there are two women sitting there, both of them look at me and don't say a word. I have no idea who to talk to so I just start talking about what I need. After I tell them what size tire I need the older lady starts to get hateful and short (already starting out on the wrong foot). She tells me to go back and talk to the guys installing tires to see if they had my tire. I go back and get quoted a price. I tell them I wanted to check one more place and would be right back.



I told the tire installers that we'd leave the car there and be right back which they said ok. We go to the other store and get quoted a price that is $100 more than at B&P. So we decide to go back and have them installed at B&P. We had been gone no longer than 10 minutes when we arrived back at B&P. As soon as I pull up the older lady that I dealt with in the office comes charging out of the building, runs up on my wife threatning her, telling her that she was going to have her car towed and to get her "@$$" out of here. At that moment I was seeing red and there was absolutely no way in the world that they would be doing anything to any of my vehicles. We left from there and went to Tires Plus on the corner of 92 and Canton road. They matched the price that I was quoted from B&P and wouldn't you know it, we wern't insulted or threatned there.



All of the positive reviews of this place had to come from family members, there is no way I can believe this dump could stay in business. They have the worst customer service I have seen anywhere. DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM THIS PLACE. You've been warned

I always go to B&P when I need a tire plugged or if I need a re-tread (used tire). I just ordered a full set of new tires for my Van and it was $650. This seems high, but I trust them enough that I had them order the tires. They will arrive in 2 days.

I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes.
