OK, this place is fun! My wife and I finally had to try this place out and we were both pleasantly surprised and glad we did. The menu has a lot to choose from with very good prices and very good food. My wife had the French Dip, I went with a wings of course… and what a surprise for a sports bar. French Dip was great and the wings were some of the best I have tasted. The servers all appeared to be very busy and having a good time. The bar tender, tall guy, seemed to be entertaining the bar flys and again, appeared to be having a good time. There was Bing going on, not for me but again, everyone having a good time. We were very impressed and will be back.
This is a little gem in downtown Woodstock. It's a fun little casual spot, with outside seating for the who like eating outdorrs. The staff welcomes everyone like you're family, so you know the service is great. I've been stopping at Hot Dog Heaven since they opened, and the food is always good. The hot dogs are great, but the burgers are as good if not better in my opinion. I had the double burger with cheese, and it was the best burger I've had in a long time. It's what I always order. This is a great place to go for a quick, casual, and tasty meal.
We started going here about 9 months ago and haven't stopped since. The food is very reasonably priced and there's a happy hour Mon-Fri from 4-7 that makes the drinks even more affordable than they already are. There are big plasma screens in every direction and it's just got a great vibe that keeps us coming back. Food suggestions: French fries (so good!), wings, fried pickles, broccoli side, veggie burger, soup/chili, all salads (huge portions!) The only thing I've had I didn't like was the black/bleu burger. Definitely not worth it.
