terrible customer service. I was calling the office for 3 simple questions: 1. do they provide service at my area, 2. do they do free estimate, 3. how much would they charge for the work. The office rep on the phone got really inpatient and say bye after I confirm the price they charge before I had a chance to schedule an appointment with them.

I want to take this opportunity to express my thanks for the prompt attention and eventual resolution to our recent gas emergency. The plumbers from Billharz Plumbing were on the job within an hour for which i am throughly gratefull.



They were professional in their approach and did a suburb job

they are great. nice men working there. they fixed my problem, Nice people in the office. just a nice company to deal with

what a nice company i had a leak in my living room radiator. i called them up they made an afternoon appointment with me for the next day. When they showed up the man had all the tools and things that he needed. I showed him where the leak was and he went right to work. i have had other plumbers at my house over the years and it was just such a nice surprise to deal with someone who was professional in their work. when he was done with the work he gave me a very nice feeling that the job was done right.

They just left my house and i couldnt wait to tell everyone what a great plumber they were. I had no heat in my house and called them they told me that they would have someone over in about 2 to 3 hours they showed up about right on time. When they got here they went right to work and located and fixed my problem. the young man was very nice and clean. it was just a joy to deal with someone who really loved their work. i will never use a differant plumber for as long as i own my house. i wish i could give them 6 star rating but it will only let me do 5.

This company like a small town neighbor. You can always talk to a family member and they really explain things over the phone before sending someone to your home. The plumber was courteous and clean and fixed my problem. They are probably a little more expensive than a local handiman but since they are licensed and insured I thought it was worth it. They also guaranteed the work. I found them on Angie's list where they have an A rating.
