        Overall

        Significantly overcrowded. Waited 1 hour and only 2-3 people were called. Only 1 of the three intake windows was open. Left and called toll-free number. Agent who I spoke to had no idea why the SS administration was sending me emails, since it did not appear to her that there were any issues with my application. She was as helpful as she could be.
