        Overall
        Not someone you can count on.

        I retained Ms. Karen Ehler to help settle my father's estate . She was impossible to get in touch with, and her staff took over a week to return my phone cals.

        I would encourage the reviewer to contact me. I don't have any pending or closed probate cases where I was retained in the fall of 2008 to probate a deceased father's estate. Perhaps the reviewer was trying to connect to make an appointment and I did not respond fast enough to the initial call. I try to respond to all calls within the same day the call is made.
