Would give 0 stars if that was an option. They charged my family $150 because the maid claimed she could smell weed in our room before we had even checked out. We do not even smoke weed. Nor did we smoke anything in this room. In addition to that, The maids never even came into the room for maid service because we used the do not disturb sign. When we confronted the front desk and demanded to speak to the manager he refused to speak to us. We had to make a big deal And state we won't leave till we talk to him, to finally get him to talk to us. After threatening to make a big scene he finally reversed the charges. My grandmother is dying in the facility next door to the hotel and we have stayed at this hotel a few times now in the last few weeks for the convenience. The hotel was aware of that and to put us through this is disgusting. We have been nothing but considerate guests. Do not stay here!

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. Once we arrived the room had a very unpleasant smell. The toilet was not clean. The evidence of someones bowl movent was still very visible on the toilet seat!!!! I called the front desk and the clerk went up to the room and cleaned it. Not even an apology was given. I will never stay at this place again!!
