It was my firt visit and going to be the last. The worst service and work ever. friendly advice to all never brought your clothes there to dry clean.

If you live in Lake Ridge STAY AWAY from SUPERIOR CLEANERS on OLD BRIDGE RD! My daughter took her husband's $800 suit to be dry cleaned and at first they thought they shrunk the jacket, instead they took it to Mens Warehouse where they purchased it and were told the jacket had in fact been altered 4 inches! On top of that they had over heated the collar when dry cleaning it thus causing the collar to crinkle! The owner Jeff, was mysteriously gone every time she called; she finally reached him today. He refused to hear her out when she called him to discuss options and compensation. She even asked if they had given us the wrong jacket! He further insulted her and was so enraged that he yelled at her as if I was a piece of trash! People like him should not be in business! Help me spread the word! He's refusing liability and responsibility for what happened! Now they are out $800 on a suit and $12 for a crappy service received!

They didn't deliver on time, lose my laundry, and sewn patches the wrong way. All in my first experience!
