Ferrell Plumbing

Last night, at around 11:30 one of our kitchen pipes burst. I was unable to turn off the mainline; it's original (40 years old) and couldn't be shut down all the way, so I had water leaking in my basement, in my dining room, and actually outside my house.

I had called three other "24 hour" plumbers - the first was an answering maching, the second was an answering service, and the third said he couldn't come until the morning.

I then called Ferrell, and spoke with a gentleman right away. He said he would be there in 45 minutes.

He arrived on time, and quickly assessed the situation and got to work.

Two hours later, my leak was fixed.

Considering he came out at 12:30 at night, and knowing I NEEDED to have this resolved immediately, I fully expected to get gouged with the bill. But I was charge 350. I was (pleasently) shocked.

Called Ferrell Plumbing the night my daughter broke off the shower handle, of coarse it was in the on position when it broke so I had no way of turning off my shower other than the main cut off. I talked to I believe it was Kevin and he assured me the they could fix it and would be out the next day between 2:00-3:00 PM I waited no one showed up, so I waited until 4:00 PM to call to see what the deal was. I continued trying to contact them or at least get them to give me a call back so I could figure out what was going on. My calls where ignored, I never heard from them. It is now 8:00 PM almost 24 hours after I called. I called another service. I understand that things happen and sometimes people run behind, But I expect at the minimum a courtesy call to let me know if they are running late or not coming. I took a day off from work for nothing. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Service was able to come and check on problem the same day as I made the phone call. Service was well mannered and fixed my problem in no time

After losing hot water, I checked my water heater and the pilot light would not stay lit. I called Ferrell Plumbing and Kevin arrived a few hours later within the time window he had indicated over the phone. Kevin was very kind and explained the work he was doing so I could understand. He replaced the thermo couple and the water heater was working fine after that. Highly recommended!

Thank god for someone like Kevin! I had a ruptured pipe in my kitchen he came and was efficient with his diagnosis and fixed the problem in no time! He was helpful,professional, and explained things so that I could know exactly what' was going on. I will be contacting him for all of my plumbing needs.

Water Heater up and running! The past few days I've had problems with my hot water. Tonight I went downstairs and noticed my utility room was starting to flood. I called Ferrell Plumbing and within 30 minutes their technician came to the rescue! The tech diagnosed my pressure relief valve needed to be changed. He resolved the issue within 15 minutes and our hot water heater is working like a charm! We appreciate the prompt response and service with a smile. Good night!

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Ferrell Plumbing. I called this morning because i was having problems with my garbage disposal. It was leaking and wouldnt cut on. Unfortunatly it couldnt be repaired. The technician (Kevin) replaced the garbage disposal and didnt charge me an arm and a leg to do it.

I just bought a home in the woodbridge area and Ferrell Plumbing came in and helped me with alot. I had 3 vanities replace in my bathrooms along with 3 toilets. Oh my goodness, I am so grateful to Ferrell Plumbing. My 7 year old son put one of his toys down the shower drain which caused it to back up. Needless to say I was in a panic when this happened because the water wouldn't drain out. I called Ferrell Plumbing and a tech was at my home within the hour. He snaked out my shower drain and everything is fine now. Ferrell plumbing provided speedy service and I will call them the next time I have a plumbing emergency.
