i.e., A lPeople usually complain about bad service but there are times that you have to let everyone else know that we still have great, honest, and reliable companies, such as Apple Appliances Repair, who care more about their customers than just the profit. My refregirator broke couple of days ago and Sears gave me an appointment for a month from now. I am so glad that I chose A.A.R company. They showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem immediately, gave an accurate and honest estimate, and finished the job as soon as they got the part. I do recommend this company to everyone and will definitely consider if I need any applicance repair jobs in the future. Tech was very prompt and polite. I decided not to have repair done, due to age of appliance and cost of repair. (I paid for the diagnostic fee only).

Timeliness was excellent, willingness to find problem was not. I had a washing machine that was leaking and it took prodding on my part for the tech to do more than a cursory look to identify the leak. I eventually found the leak and have repaired the problem myself.

Want to express my satisfaction with the service I received from Apple Appliance Repair. I had put in a request for an application repair organization on the internet and with in about five minutes Apple Appliance Repair called me. They made an appointment the next day and determined that the dishwasher problem reported to my by a tenant did not exist. They did not charge me for expensive repairs when they well could have, just a $40 service call. I made a follow up call the next day to have a refrigerator looked at. I was in the process of replacing the refrigerator as I didn't think it could be repaired. The Apple Appliance technical scheduled an appointment right away, was able to fix the refrigerator's problem without having me replace it and probably saved me $300 or $400. I appreciated their quick response and seemly honest effort to fixed the problems without charging an excessive amount. Ron Russell‎

Called to try to buy the mother board for my fridge and instead they offered such a good deal to come over and install it, with a warranty, that I used them. Called at 7:30pm, arrived at 8:45pm and my fridge had a special part, so he apologized, went and bought the part, and had me running by 9 am. Great service, courteous, will use them and suggest them again

After three years of dealing with fly-by-night appliance repair companies in the area, I finally found Apple. These guys are professional and responsive. More importantly they are honest and I have trusted them to work in my home even when I am not there.

i.e., A local I had a pool of water under and around the refridgerator. I called saveral companies and but none would not tell me clearly what would be the range of repair cost. Only Apple Appliance was clear, he understood eacactly what could be the potential problem and how much could it cost for each type of problem. It was Saturaday morning when I called him and he came within an hour after the call. Within Minutes, he figure out the problem and solution. He had a correct part with him(did not have wait for ordering from manufacturer etc.) and he fixed the problem in less than half an hour. I am delighted with his service. I would call him any time when I have an issue with any of my appliance. Most importantly, I consider him an honest person because I thought that the ice maker is also broken, but he told me that he does not think so and will not replace unless within 24 hours the ice does not start to accumulate.I would recommend him without a reservation. 5 star for quick respo
