We had a fantastic experience at Federico Chrysler Dodge. The customer service was remarkable. We were greeted right away. Jeremy and Kerry were friendly and knowledgeable. We felt right at home and were really pleased that they didn't try to pressure us into something. They asked us what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect car to fit our needs. Jeremy explained everything to my husband and I before we left. We had our 9 year old daughter with us and they were so nice to her. She was entertained the whole time. My husband was very happy with the price, but more important to us was the treatment we received when we were there. Bob Federico was kind enough to take time out of his busy night to introduce himself and talk to us. We highly recommend this dealership and plan to buy our next car from them.
The reason that I will continue to purchase vehicles from Federico Chrysler Dodge is customer service! From the time we stepped onto the lot we were treated as if we were the most important customers there. We were asked what we were looking for and were given several options. Never once were we pressured to purchase a more expensive vehicle. Kerry specifically told us that what is important to him, is that we end up with a vehicle that works for us. We did! Craig and Ed did a wonderful job helping us getting familiar with the Journey before and after the purchase and the service since then in has been incredible. We have had the Journey in for routine oil changes and it has been very convenient. We will most certainly purchase our next vehicles from Federico Chrysler Dodge...soon, when our teens turn 16!
This dealership is the greatest ever!!!!!! Isn't that funny? Is it possible, sure. Probable? No. But I can type anything I want. Try being honest and let's just keep the people who are just out to slam someone off of here and ignore them. I just feel that this is a good place, they have never messed up with me. I guess they made money off of me, but they are supposed to. It's the American way. If business didn't make money, where would we be? Do you think Walmart doesn't make money on that $2 sleeve of socks? It probably costs them 95 cents to make. Anyway, you can't fault someone for making money. If they make too much money off of you, who's fault is that. So, in closing, review yourself. Do you deserve to be writing reviews?
