        Extremely Poor Customer Service

        When I called for a Airguard furnace filter, was told, we Have. Arrive to Purchase, Dont have! Furnace, a Trane, only Airguard Fits, Only. This business Sells TRANE units & services them. Feb. 2010 they Serviced Our Trane unit, telling Us, Only the One Type Filter will work, which we did learn. Today, the employee seemed Annoyed, went to get filter After said We Have -brings one that Wont work! Owner and Service guys said-Any that size(we had dimensions from Old Airguard They put in), WILL Work. Wrong! Didnt matter, U need one, U take what we got on hand! They are different if need Servicing of Unit or Purchasing unit. Need Their Rare filter, U are SOL!
