I've stayed here a few times. It is very crowded obviously in its prime seasons (i.e. winter break, spring break, Easter, summer). I loved my room at the glacier canyon. The waterparks are a lot of fun. Unfortunately, for my last trip, I booked the trip in October 2010 for the days between January 2-4, 2011. I was not informed that one of the waterparks would be closed during some of those days. I did not get a discount, nor did I get an email saying that they would be renovating the waterpark. I feel like I was ripped off. I spent a lot of money at this place, and the least they could have done would be to inform its customers of a closing so they could reschedule their trip. It is a great family place, but I think there should be adult hours for adults only to enjoy the waterparks after 9pm.

we used to always stay here when the dog track was running. it was nice to be able to walk across the parking lot to the track. only stayed there once sine and was not very pleased. inddor and outdoor water very cold in the pools. room was unsatisfactory as smelled terrible. moved to a different room. restaurant was ok..
This is a great place to stay for the whole family . I like the lazy rivers while everyone else goes on the big rides. We try to go every year or every other . It is a clean atmosphere there are no bed bugs that i have known of .
