I have been an old client with Mercon and even though the company went through some rough times in the recession period, they pulled through with a lot of hard work. All our outstanding bills have been paid in full,They now continue to perform great, pay on time and thrive to do their best at all times.

I find this company reliable and will be doing business with them in the future.

I have done couple of projects for Mercon and been paid on time. Actually they on one of them they paid me before i could file NTO.

I don't care what type of sub you are do not work for these thieves unless you are paid in full upfront, do not rely on the Florida lien law solution.



Any investors that are need of similar services of this company should look elsewhere. They are unqualified and underhanded crooks!

Mercon is a den of theives and liars. Dont work for them or provide materials. They dont communicate and they dont pay their bills. We and all the other subs on the Fay Lake project have not been paid even though Mercon has been paid. They havent paid anyone and we are all having to go against the bond and thats turning out to be b.s. also.

We have done 2 jobs for them. One big and one little tiny job for $1,600.00 and they cant even pay that bill much less the bill for the big job that we did at Fay Lake Park.



Dont work for them or provide materials. I would even if they paid up front.

Mercon Construction Company has a problem paying their sub contractors.
