Arden Courts of Winter Springs

My wife has been in this memory care facility for 2 years. The environment is great; the staff even greater. They take excellent care of each resident, have well thought out, and implemented recreation activities. Their individual rooms (16 per house of which there are 4) have outside views, independent temperature control, and are kept immaculate. Their food is first-rate and served in separate dining rooms for each of their four individual "houses". Hard to imagine you could ask for more for your loved one.

After touring many facilities in the greater Orlando area, I felt lucky to find Arden Courts for my mother, who had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease. Because Arden Courts was designed exclusively for residents with dementia, the physical layout allows for freedom of movement (both indoors and out) in a cheerful, safe environment. Mom and I particularly enjoyed our time together in the various exterior courtyards. This is a well-managed facility; and the staff was consistently friendly, kind, capable, and extremely respectful of all of the residents. All of the caretakers, regardless of which particular wing they were assigned, warmly greeted all of the residents by name, and helped in any way possible. The activities are designed for maximum participation; and individual residents are included, regardless of any limitations they may have. The Namaste Program , which is offered at Arden Courts, was especially beneficial for Mom. Not only was my mother safe and secure while she lived in Arden Courts--she was nurtured there. I believe that Mom even felt loved while she was in their tender care.

My dad was in several other facilities before we, thankfully, discovered Arden Courts in Winter Springs. I cannot speak highly enough for the level of care, consideration, and compassion he and our family received from the staff. These folks are quite simply the best of the best. And after having seen and experienced so many other facilities in my search for the right place for my dad, I feel qualified to make that statement.



This facility is so well managed - from the top down, to the bottom up. They truly walk their talk. My dad received the highest level of personal care with honor, with dignity, and with compassion from their caring staff. If you're dealing with a loved one who needs specialized memory care, you just won't find a more qualified staff, or a more suitable facility than Arden Courts. I am forever grateful to them.

My Mom lived at Arden Courts for three years. The facility has a homelike atmosphere, is very clean and the staff goes above and beyond for their residents. There is a beautiful courtyard that is fenced in and the residents can go out when they would like weather permitting of course. The activity staff does a great job with the programs they provide to the residents! I had to move away for a short time and the staff continued to communicate with me and kept me updated on my Mom's care. When hospice came in they provided great care and the staff was very sympathetic to my mom's declining health. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to place a friend or loved one with Alzheimer's in a facility.
