NIGHTMARE!!!!! Ride Green Scooters service technician came to pick up my broken down scooter, the one delivered new with 600 miles already on it and damage. He grabbed it by the rack to prop up the bike to take the tires that had worn though and caused an accident after putting on less than 800 miles. The rack broke. He put it on top of a landscape block cockeyed and I later discovered the FRAME HAD BEEN BENT. Ride Green has refused to replace the broken rack (over $1000 in damage right there) or take responsibility for the bent frame. When the trike was set cockeyed on the landscape block it broke a hole into the place where all the axle bearings are. I had to pay another service company to replace the axle so I could drive it at all. Ride Green wouldn't warranty my "NEW" Ice Bear Road Warrior (almost $8000!!) and it cannot be ridden at over 35 mph with the broken rack as it is connected to the axle below. I have been totally screwed over by Ride Green and Ron Swartz, the owner. They do not stand behind their product. Let me assure you before this incident, my trike had been in the shop 3 other times, and each time I got it back with only one items attended to while the rest of the problems on the list were still broken. What a NIGHTMARE!!! I have called for months on end to get my trike fixed. For six months I was lied to and told that the replacement rack had been ordered, but finally 8 months later realized the lie. I have months worth of emails back and forth with the owner Ron Swartz trying to resolve the issue, and had the major damage fixed at my own expense already, but it is still not road worthy and cannot go over 35 mph (it is a 70 mph machine) because the back end flaps around because the rack is broken and frame bent because of the Ride Green employees mistake.
