        Facility is pretty and inviting,my moms housekeeper did minimal cleaning, had cobwebs in corners, didnt mop daily, or disinfect surfaces. Public restroom needs detail cleaning. Food is very good but dietary needs to read menu orders for guest as well as patient. Weekend staff serves behind times scheduled and doesn't always put drinks on trays. A lot of the CNA's do not answer the call light with a sense of urgency and they are not informed or act like they don't know the condition of their patients. The charge nurse needs to be more assertive with them to acknowledge the patients needs faster! Its not fun sitting in soiled pants for 10 mins never mind a hour. The Doctors need a schedule so family members can talk to them briefly about concerns. I know they're only required a monthly visit,it would be nice to know which day that is.these are minor issues,if we had to do again this would be our rehab of choice! P.S. It always smells nice in here, long term patients always look clean.
