I don't know if the previous reviewer has a personal vendetta against Todd Sink, the owner or something? Todd is a standup guy. Cocky? I think not. That comment is just laughable. Even though everyone is struggling in this bad economy, including me, Todd has helped me on numerous occasions, to work out arrangements to keep my membership. Would a franchise do this? Not on your life. This is just one of the numerous pros of a Mom 'n Pop type business, they care about their members. There's no way I'd ever believe that if ANYONE approached Todd and told them they weren't happy about something, that he wouldn't do his best to accommodate them. This is a neat-as-a-pin, modern, very huge facility , that still maintains a cool "old school" charm. The same staff has been there since before I joined, so I'd assume they are treated well by their employer. You have a need, all you gotta do is ask and they're on it with a smile. I've never met an unfriendly member there, so I'm absolutely shocked that any actual member would give even a slightly negative comment. I workout there daily and would def be heart-broken if it wasn't around anymore. I've been at OTLF for 3 years, lost over 80lbs and in the best shape of my life because of it. I promise you, there is more than enough equipment as well as classes, to attain your goals.

Nothing but great things to say about this upscale fitness facility! The customer service and facility are far above the rest. So friendly and clean. The employees are always doing whatever they can to make your workout more enjoyable with a smile. Top of the line exercise equipment and cardio machines, always the hottest group classes going, (which might i add are free with a membership), and free Child Care with people you can trust with your children. I recently had to bring my children along with me and left them in the Child Care at the facility. I am usually hesitant in doing so at most places, but felt so relieved when i went to take my kids home and they did not want to leave!! It is a safe, fun place for children and a great feeling as a mother knowing if i ever need to bring my children along, we will all be pleased!! I HIGHLY recommend the Gold's Gym on Reynolda to anyone who is looking for a friendly, clean, family type atmosphere to workout in. Great place, Good people!!!
I've only taken ballet here, but I feel like I have a general idea of this studio. This is a dance studio that is very disciplined with the older students, and it has very good teachers. However, I stopped attending this school because the classes are so focused and hard that it just wasn't fun anymore! And then I realized that the reason I felt that way was that those classes were basically depressing me. They make their ballet classes so hard that it makes me feel bad about myself, like I'm not a good dancer. It's not a positive feeling. These people are the real stuff when it comes to dancers, but they just are scary. So, my recommendation is this: If you want a boring, strict class that will prepare you for professional ballet, go here. If you want a fun class and you want to be artsy and creative and socialize at all, go to a normal dancing school.
