After going to many clinics seeking professional, prompt medical attention, I found Hillcrest Urgent Care. They were attentive, professional and thorough (they measured my height which I would not remember the last time it was taken). The Physician's Assistant was pleasant and suggested I try an inhaled controller to help me with my shortness of breath. I have had a history of asthma which NO ONE has ever prescribed medicine that works aside from Prednisone. I was surprised that he did not mention or prescribe Prednisone. He also provided me with coupons and a trial size inhaler. I have never received coupons or trial size medications!! In addition, I left a message requesting a call back for a prescription and received a call back in less than one hour, was informed the prescription was called in for 5 refills at the time of my first visit one month ago. Kudos to this care center for their WONDERFUL service!

I am familiar with this businesses billing department. The bills are sent to the addresses they are given. Sometimes, by error, the address does not get changed. I do know the front desk scans demographic sheets the patient fills out at each visit. Once it is scanned it is attached to the patient's chart. If the person that said they were sent to "collections" had called the billing dept then they would have looked at the demographic sheets filled out by the patient. If it had not been corrected when the patient came in then the billing dept is instructed to change the address in the system then start the billing process over after taking the person out of collections. Give them a call and see what they will do.
I came into Primecare North Point the other day with what I thought was a urinary tract infection. After a thorough exam by the doctor, who was very nice and concerned for how badly I felt, she felt that I should have other test done to make sure they didn't miss anything. Come to find out, I had a UTI and the FLU!!! If the doctor had not gone out of her way to be thorough, I might have continued to be sick and spread the virus to others. Everyone from the front desk to the lab staff were very helpful and kind. They made what was a horrible day for me a litle easier! I will come back if I ever need anything else! I guess I should have went there ealier and got a flu shot!!
