Avoid at ALL cost! Every aspect of this company is disappointing. When I signed up for a membership I was supposed to receive $25 off a $50 purchase and the employee accidentally forgot to subtract the $25 before running my credit card. No big deal, right? WRONG, the company's policy does not allow any employee, even managers, to give a refund. It's been 3 days and no communication from the regional manager. Now, it gets way worse. I go in to tan for my 3rd visit and the manager and I decide that 6 minutes would be an appropriate time (I'm super pale at this point). I go in, lotion up and I'm ready...oh but she forgot to turn my bed on...I let her know and then go back in. The timer says 10 minutes, which is the max for this bed! So I do some awkward moves to make sure that I watch the timer on the wall and get out after 6 minutes. I decide at this time I no longer want to give this awful place my business. The manager seems dumbfounded. I'm sure I'll never see the $25 again and I'm also sure I won't be walking into that tanning salon again. Do yourself a favor and learn from my experience. Tanning should not be this difficult!
