Hours of operation not consumer friendly
I went today to look at some siding for a building project.
I work 7am-5pm, so I got there about 5:30pm. Someone was walking out of the building and told me that they are closed. I replied that my husband called and said that they were open until 6pm. He replied that it is the 2nd store across the street, and this one, the store with siding, windows, etc. was open until 5pm.
Are you serious about attracting customers with such limited hours, or are you only aiming at builders
Alot of people finish work at 5pm, but you are already closed? Do you care about serving the customer or just making sure that you and your employees only work an eight hour day? I have owned 2 businesses and you are open when it is convenient for the customer, not just convenient for you, the owner.
With this said, Home Depot got my business that day when I drove there and they were OPEN!!!!
Reading other unhappy reviews, I shouldn't have wasted my time and gas!!!
