I took my 13-week-old Maltipoos in for their first grooming at $102.00. BIG mistake!! The staff in the grooming salon was rude, dismissive and unprofessional and my pups looked like they were groomed by Stevie Wonder! There were missed chunks of hair on her neck and legs and gaps everywhere. The "report card" said my dogs were groomed by Shelley and Amanda. My daughter left the store crying because the dogs were so "ugly". I showed my dogs to the manager who offered to give me half my money back. Half. In fairness, one pup did look exceptionally worse than the other. DO NOT USE THESE GROOMERS UNLESS YOU WANT THE STEVIE WONDER GROOMING SPECIAL!!

the petsmart grooming salon on hanes mall boulevard in winston salem nc is absolutely horrible! i would not recommend taking your dogs to that place. the groomers there are rude and very unprofessional. they did a terrible job on my dog. his hair was very choppy and uneven, only half of its nails were done, his ears were dirty, and he smelled dirty. more importantly they scraped his belly and underarms and he had cuts around his private parts. i received a ""report card"" stating that ""shelley"" was his petstylist. the report card was only half filled out and very sloppy. i do not know what type of training petsmart requires its employees to have, but they obviously do not require any skill what so ever. i addressed the concerns with one of the girls and she got very huffy (i dont know her name because she wasnt wearing a vest like the others, only a skimpy tank top) and basically told me i couldnt bring my dog back if i was going to complain. after leaving i could hear her cursing thru the door/window. i could not get out of there fast enough. i will never return to petsmart ever again!!! Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!

I love going to the Petsmart on Hanes Mall. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I recently got a Guinea Pig from there. My first one ever. Everyone has been really helpful when I'm trying to figure out what treats to buy for Piggie. I got a small cat bed there last week with fleece on the inside, that my Guinea Pig just absolutely loves. He sleeps in it when he has out of cage time. Thanks petsmart!!!!
