        We have now bought seven cars from Parkway Ford (Peters Creek) and we have been extremely pleased with every level of service! Terry Otis is a fantastic salesperson, who goes above and beyond to try to meet your needs. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our car needs and would highly recommend this dealership and Terry Otis for your car needs!

        Have been getting my service at Parkway Ford at 2104 Peters Creek Parkway for years now and they are always professional and fair on prices and have a great sales and service department.. I highly recommend this dealer!!

        Service Dept. Concerned with Money

        Big mistake...was told that they only takes referrals with appointments to get service on Ford vehicles. Called Ford Corp. to get in their system, should known better...they dont honer coupons from thier website and fail to be honest on fees told a price and find it to be 15% higher. Asked them to balance my tires because I purchased them from ford. Told it would be over $40 because ford does not cover maintenance on a tire even if it was purchased a ford. Service manager said he had to worry about his reimbursement not the fact I brought them at ford or customer service needs. Rude!!!

        Called Discount Tires who allowed be to purchase a lifetime service plan for the same price as the cost of the one time balance price. They even gave me the warranty in writing, come to find out non of the four tires have even been correctly balanced which for the price I paid OMG am I mad. Oh well for this ford dealer or ford period...if you want customers to continue buying ford or and products or services choose wisely your customer service needs and what is more important. Thought ford had better business practices. If your looking for service go to a small business company because they know customer service is first and for most.

        Got to buy tires trust me ford will give you rebates only to charge you more on maintenance on them because of corners they cut.
