If I could give less than one star I would. This place has really gone downhill fast. I used to order here 2-3 times a month. I'll never order here again now.the final straw was when I placed an order online on a Friday night at 7:30. At 8:30 I called just to confirm they had my order. The lady said the delivery guy had just left with my food a few minutes earlier. Another half hour passed and still no food. We live less than 5 minutes from the restaurant. I called and the lady said said the food wasn't ready yet, give her 15 more minutes. I reminded her of what she had said a half hour earlier about my food being on the way and asked why she had lied to me. She became very hostile yelling at me on the phone. I said I no longer wanted the food and to refund my card. She replied that she could not refund my money. When a protested that she better refund my money, what she screamed next blew my mind. She said "too bad, f$&k you" and hung up the phone. I've never been treated so poorly at any restaurant. I drove to the restaurant and at around 9:30 (two hours after my order) I left with the confirmation they had reimbursed my credit card, but still no food. We picked up Arby's on the way home. I'll never go back to China wok.
