Arigato Japanese Steak & Seafood House

A group of friends and I went to eat arigatos tonight and the food was good like always but the temperature in the restaurant was about 80 degrees and people sitting at surrounding tables were sweating as well as us. When asked about the temperature the people working at the front desk replyed that there was nothing they could do about it. We would have been better off eating outside in the middle of June!

Good food and service. They get very busy most nights, so you might want to make a reservation if you have more than 2 people

Average price for dinner with a show. Shirts with sleeves required. As good as any hibachi I've had anywhere for the money. Probably won't return.

Always take the Family here for our special occasions I enjoy my shrimp and hibatchi chicken, rice and some zucchini.

If you are in the area of 200 nautical miles and you are looking for a Japanese restaurant to eat at then Arigatos is the place for you. As soon as you walk in your in a different place, the feel and atmosphere are awesome. My kids love all of the Japanese culture items they have on display. Their bathrooms are nice and clean too, always a plus. Usually as soon as I check in within 10 minutes I am seated waiting to be amazed by the master chefs of culinary cuisine. But no really everyone seems very nice and the chefs like to joke with you too which I always like. This place is definitely a good family environment, I have never seen too much drinking or any drunk people in this place. The food is amazing, I always try to find something new to try and am always impressed. Great job.

I have been going to Arigatos for over 10 years. The service is great and food is as well. I have never been disappointed. We try to eat there every two weeks. If you haven't tried Arigatos give them a try and you will fall in love like we have.

I LOVE ARIGATOS!!! It is my favortie place to eat. I have been a patron of the restaurant for many years. The food is DELICIOUS! My mouth waters just thinking about the house salad dressing. The ginger dipping sauce is to die for. I have three sons. Each one of their tastes are different, but we have no problem finding something for everyone at Arigatos. The chefs are very entertaining. We love the complete atmosphere. It is extremely family friendly. Portions are AMAZING!!!!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to any and everyone I know (and I do recommend it as often as possible). Arigato is a dining experience to behold!

When you enter Arigatos, all the staff are your friends.Yes they are getting paid to wait on you, but they are also being very nice and making sure that they are getting seated and served as you were their family or friends. The chefs take the up most care when cooking your food to your taste. You get so much to eat,you will be eatting for 2 days. Even though in these times, some places are charging more for less,I still take home a to -go-box,(they don't charge for the box).

By far this is the best restaurant in WInston-Salem. The food is wonderful as well as the service. We atleast have to this meal once or twice a week. Arigatos is outstanding!

I love going to Arigato! Not only is it the best value in town it is one of the most fun places to dine in Winston-Salem. The service is always excellent and the food, Oh my the food is delicious! Where can you get salad, soup, a shrimp appetizer and a meal all for well under $20.00! They also have a well stocked bar and a great selection of sake. The scallops are fabulous and the filet melts in your mouth! If you haven’t tried the weekday specials they are really excellent and a great value for all the food you get! I love to go to Arigato’s not just for special occasions but I find myself choosing it over many other Winston-Salem restaurants simply because I always feel good when I go there! It has a great quality about the place and I hope you will try it! If you haven’t been there then you owe it to yourself to go!

Arigato is the best Japanese restaurant I have ever visited. I would recommend reservations because they are always busy, but worth the wait if you don't have them. The service is excellent and the staff are always friendly. The food is amazing. The shrimp and filet are my favorite. Never a disappointment.

Arigato's is a must have if you are not from the City or just want something that's just to "Exceptional" good to be ture. The shimp is the best, steaks are always delightfull. everything about this place is down right wonderful. I'm a faithful customer.

I love this place. This is probbley my faviorte place to go eat at in Winston. The food is great,and the atmosphere is also great! If you are looking to have a great night out with friends,or with the one that you love,or even with your whole family then this is the place that you need to try at lease once you want regret it i promise!!!!

I have ate at Arigatos since they switched from Kyotos. This is by far my favorite restaurant and we use to go every Sunday night but now we can only afford to go on special occassions. If you have never ate here before you need to try it at least once, you won't regret it!!!!
