Found this site doing a local web search a few weeks ago. As a returning viewer,The site has pricing information and help guides that i find helpful when doing budgets for capital equipment,. . An excellent source pallet racks and storage racks. NO advertising or clutter here. Lots of content and useful info complete with contact information and guides to assist someone new like me when it comes to buying the right equipment for my small warehouse. I purchased used equipment from them and was extremely satisfied with the service and help their sales staff provided. Its refreshing to talk to a support desk that I can understand and has people that can answer questions. Something I wish other companies could learn from.

I find this sites online store is an excellent resource for buying hard to find items safely online and at prices that you cant find as cheaply locally in stores. THis is a very good place to shop and safe money I think. I would recommend buying items online here because I have and I have always had good experiences doing so. I am sure there might be sites as good but I have not found one better than this site so far.

Found website and called in to sales for pricing. A website and email is great but nothing beats a "real, breathing" person. I don't need the equipment yet for a few months but wanted to mention that I ended up talking to two different sales people and they were both friendly and knowledgeable. I'll be calling SJF in the near future.

Nobody has more equipment than this company. They sell equipment both new & used or refurbished. I bought the refurbished because I save quit a bit going this route. I purchased my pallet storage racks online on the SJF.com site and they arrived as promised. I found their customer service and support to be easy to contact either online or using the toll free 800 number. The refurbished racks I got look like new racks. I recommend this company to others I talk to and most tell me they has good experiences as well.

I researched 8 different material handling companies in MN and purchased from this company. They had pricing for new & used equipment online. ( Only 1 other site I researched online posted prices). SJF online pricing was the best I found of all the companies i researched. I dealt with Rhonda who handled my order and was very professional. When she didn't have information I wanted she always got back to me as promised. Overall, I had a good experience with this company and would buy from them again.
