        It would be really nice if the people that ran this store would talk so the common person can understand instead of talking over their head.

        Unfortunately computers have a language all thier own. There are many prople that get really confused with.. What is Ram, What is a Hard drive, What is an Operating system, What is the difference between a File and a Program. As an example it's really difficult to try to teach a 3 year grammer rules in a 2 minute phone conversation. People shouldn't be so critical when some one is trying to help answer difficult computer questions for FREE. When I answer the phone one question I get a lot of the time - Hello this is Jim, My computer won't start can you tell me why?
