Fireside Pros

When we bought our insert, we had great service. However we need a repair of our insert just after the warranty expired. The customer service was sub-par and it took over 5 weeks to get resolution during the coldest part of the winter. They did not even have the courtesy to expedite the shipping to our house and we had to keep contacting them to see what the status was of the part. As a rule, I support independent and small businesses, however I was extremely disappointed in their customer service and would NOT recommend them for follow up or repair. I wish I could write a better review.

We choose Fireside Pros over two other company's . Which I definitely made the right choose . They are so professional and took there time to make sure everything would work together . We changed our fireplace into a wood stove insert . We wanted a more efficient heating source in our den . We'll they did it. ! Our wood-stove insert came out beautiful ! Our experience with Fireside pro's was fantastic ! From Gordy the owner down to our installers we could not of asked for better service ! I give them 5 stars for great workmanship and a great experience ! Thank you Fireside Pro's. ,

unfortunately i was not able to do anything with my fireplace opening due to it being too large. but i did refer my son to them and they did a great job at his house

The Fireside Pros Family (Gordy, Mitch, Jodie, Ken, Kasey) changed my old condo woodburning fireplace into an energy efficient gas burning fireplace. It has a battery pack which will enable it to still produce heat in a power outage. I am now ready for the next hurricane. Thanks for the great teamwork!

I had a fireplace conversion done. Gas logs and custom doors made to fit an unusal shape fireplace. Arched like a pizza oven. Fireside Pros installed the gas logs ran a gas line to them through the brick wall, and made beautiful hammered copper doors that fit perfectly. Everything done on time and delivered as promised. 50% deposit required when I placed the order. Final payment upon delivery and installation. Very happy with product and service.

These clowns told me in November 2011 that they should be able to have my fireplace doors in by the end of the year. They asked for almost all the $$ up front, which made me somewhat uneasy. Some time in May (after months of unreturned calls/excuses), they finally showed up to finish the thing, only to find out they had measured wrong. During the entire process, they tried to turn around every problem and blame us for their incompetence. They treated us like a nuisance whenever we called for an update. When all was said and done, the owner called to tell me that "obviously there is nothing we can do to make you happy"...again the problems were clearly our fault. I only know one other person who has had dealings with this company (with their other "specialty", awnings). This person had pretty much the same experience I had. I wish someone had posted reviews of these guys on-line, because I did look. Hopefully this review will help steer the next victim clear.
