This company used to be my favorite place to shop until recently after I have seen numerous times how bad they treat their employees. Yes, you gain more business by "word of mouth", but you can lose that business just as fast by treating your employees like they are worthless. Allowing them to be verbally abused by the customers; that is manager's place to step in and take care of the problem. And as for the situation of no longer making up the schedules, but allowing the computers to make the schedules is just showing stupidity and laziness on the managements end. They need to fire these and get new management in.
