When my speedometer starting reading 45 mph while in park, I knew I was going to be spending time and money looking for a good reliable company to replace, fix, or even heaven forbid sell me another car. I didn't know how much it would cost to repair so I felt a bit uneasy. Thanks to Amanda and some research on their site I saw I could save hundreds of dollars just by sending them my instrument. I even found a tutorial area where it showed me how to remove the cluster properly. What's great about everything is of course saving money, but after receiving it, they already had it ready to be shipped back to me within the first 24 hours. I didn't have to be without my truck for long which was a huge life saver. My truck is back to normal now. Everything is phenomenal when dealing with myairbags.com from beginning to end. I really can’t express the gratitude I feel towards them for not charging an arm and a leg just because they could, or taking a week or more to receive and deliver. They are a customer oriented company and offer friendly customer service to everyone. I wouldn’t skip a beat highly recommending them to anyone else needing any vehicle instrument repair or help/advice with a vehicle issue.
I know that people are quick to write a note when something is wrong but not quick to let you know that they got great service. I have went though you guys and have tried the others because honestly they have been cheaper and I can say cheaper isnt always worth it, when you say 24 hour turn around service you mean it.I have waited weeks for others, I just want say thank you and you have me as a die hard customer for life!!
Just wanted to let you know your service is jaw dropping. We’ve put off getting our cluster repaired in not wanting to deal with the down time to send and receive. You out did yourselves in receiving and returning in less than the 24 hours advertised. The modifications are really being enjoyed also. Thanks sooo much for your service!!
