Trisun Care Center Windcrest

My husband was there for a three week stay in rehab, thank goodness. The LVNS and RNS gave great service. We only had one CNA that gave bad service. They probably gave good service because I let them know that we have a friend that is a Nursing Home Investigator. My complaint was about things that needed to be fixed in the room and the bathroom. We never saw a repair man the whole three weeks. However, I am filing a complaint with the state agency that governs the nursing home. There is a toll free number that you can call and they will get back with you in 24 hours. I spoke with the social worker who says that she was the person to contact but she had a non-caring attitude and nothing was ever done.

I dont recommend this facility to anyone, there is never any staff available to assist your love one and when I am there I always see the snacks set at the desk, some of them never get passed out to the residents. my husband is there and is unable to care for himself, he is always dirty and in soiled clothing.The staff is rude on c-wing always on break outside on the patio smoking. Every time I try to talk to the adminstrator she blows me off or she is never available. I have left many messages wanting to discuss my husbands care but I never get a return call. I personaaly think this facility needs to be closed down.
