Sadly these folks must need corporate to come in and do training. When I requested an explanation for a major price increase on what I always order for our family I was told prices any up. Not believing that I cancelled my drive thru order. Frustrated, I called and asked to speak to the manager. He attempted to convince me the same 12 pack of soft tacos I order could be wrong up several different ways resulting in a charge from $24 to &22. Beware at this attempt to rip off customers by having absolutely no idea what they are doing. Interestingly I called another Taco Bell on Winchrster. He explained it immediately by saying instead of package pricing they advertise they were charging me for 12 individual tacos. Simply sad that these corporate owned stores don't care enough to adequately train their staff! Customer service sucks at this establishment!
