Sadly these folks must need corporate to come in and do training. When I requested an explanation for a major price increase on what I always order for our family I was told prices any up. Not believing that I cancelled my drive thru order. Frustrated, I called and asked to speak to the manager. He attempted to convince me the same 12 pack of soft tacos I order could be wrong up several different ways resulting in a charge from $24 to &22. Beware at this attempt to rip off customers by having absolutely no idea what they are doing. <br>Interestingly I called another Taco Bell on Winchrster. He explained it immediately by saying instead of package pricing they advertise they were charging me for 12 individual tacos. <br>Simply sad that these corporate owned stores don't care enough to adequately train their staff! Customer service sucks at this establishment!
