I ordered a bed for my son birthday (way in advance). I was told it would come in with no problem. Weeks later I stopped by the store and I was told it was on back order, the store owner still promised me the bed would still be here in time. I called the store the day after I was promised it would be in and was told it was still on back order and it would not be here in time for the birthday. At this point since they could not deliver the product I order, I asked if there would be a discount. The owner spoke sharply with me and told me he would like to cancel the entire order. What kind of customer service is this?
