        The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! Customer Service Rep Nathan is rude & refuses to provide any contact info for management. All he would offer is that his supervisors name is Millie! Refused to provide her title or contact information said that he is the only person that I am "allowed" to speak with? Our POD was originally delivered on time; however, it was not picked up on time. It was picked up 4 days after the house was sold! Then when I attempted to have the POD delivered to the new location (10 days ago) I am being told now for the 3rd time that they don't know when I can have my belongings! Our account was on auto pay & we've been double charged for rent for August and just received another storage charge for September! The POD was not to be there for the month of Sept. Now I'm out $900 to POD, $350 to movers that weren't able to move anything. Winchester, VA POD Franchise is being blamed by Corporate! Do not use this service! They are frauds!
