Nu-Look 1 Hr Cleaners

The nu look cleaners in Wards Plaza has THE worst service I have EVER encounter. They do not do the cleaning on site, they send it around the corner to the other site, but, fail to tell you . They took an extra day to clean the item, yet said it would cost them to much to call me to tell me. I had to go across town twice to finally get it. They said they are just the drop off station, which was not told to me, when I dropped my item off. When I mentioned that she said "you didn't ask,everyone knows" I said " Well, I didn't know, it isn't posted any where in the building". I then stated, the dress was a day late from what was told me. She said "it was dirty" YES it was that is why I took it to the dry CLEANERS.,

I would not recommend this site to anyone EVER. The one around the corner , on Weems is where they actual cleaning is done and the people are rather nice, and do a very good job. But, personally I would stay as far away from the one in Wards Plaza, Valley Ave. The service is poor, the employees are rude and they do not believe in customer satisfaction.
