        They are very reputable/good but always too busy with wait time of almost a week. Train/hire an extra employee for god sake.

        Norvac has a long standing, good reputation in this community. I called them today because I had locked myself out of my house. The guy on the phone said they were extremely busy and no one was available. He did something I thought was quite rare. He recommended me to another locksmith!! Not only will they be the first one I call if I need help again, but now I have an endorsement for another company to use as backup. I really appreciate what they did even though they were busy!
