First off there is a playground in the office except no one supervises the kids. I spent nearly an hour listening to a bunch of wild animal kids running around. Finally got to go back the nurse took two pictures of my teeth and I saw a dr whose told me I needed two root canals. I told him I just wanted them pulled. He told me they didnt have time and sent me on my way with an antibiotic and script for vicodin. I called another dentist and made an appointment. I requested a copy of my xrays and they gave them to me. The also sent be a bill for the privilage of having a copy of my own xrays.
At my other apointment the dentist had to redo the xrays because they were so poorly taken. Guess what I didnt need a root canal. The filing I had had lifted. The other dentist drilled it out and after about two weeks im right as rain. Except for the other two large cavities the dentist at Kool Smiles missed completely.
Do not go to this dentist. Do not take your children there. -

This place is the worst denist office I have ever dealt with and I mean EVERRRR!! Even if you confirm an appointment it's a good chance you will arrive and find out (after driving all the way there on the weekend) it is cancelled for no reason at all. Then after the next appointment was made to fix a broken tooth we arrived only to have to schedule another appointment to fix it. Then we arrive today to finally get the kids tooth fixed and they didn't have the time and wanted to schedule another appointment. This was after a 3-5 minute teeth cleaning job for our child which I could have done a better job myself. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND HAS BEEN FROM THE START. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER.
