My family and I have been to Dr. Knotts for about 5 years and haven't had any bad experiences with Dr. Knotts or her staff. I actually look forward to going to the dentist.

I have been going here for the past 2 years and have no complaints. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. I'll never switch dentists if I don't have to.

I had visited Dr.Knotts years ago when she was still a hygienist and followed her when she became a dentist. It should be noted that I do not like trips to the dentist, but also realize they are essential to good overall health.

I moved to Las Vegas and tried to find a dentist out here for my dental needs. After trying a number of different dentists, I now time my dental visitations to coincide with trips back east to visit my family. Whatever it takes, Dr. Knotts will be my only dentist from here on out.

She and her staff are extremely thoughtful and accommodating should I need to reschedule my "standing" appointments due to travel constraints, not to mention allaying my trepidation concerning office visits. That is a big help for me as I apparently am not comfortable with any other dentist on the planet.

HORRIBLE experience at a new patient visit at this office for my 6 yr old. The assistants were good to my son, but Dr.Knotts arrived to review xrays/paperwork & was very short. She informed me my son had a couple cavities (his 1st ones ever) & the next visit she would fill one. I, myself, have never had a cavity/filling & it was the 1st for him, so I asked how she filled them for kids & what would happen during the next visit. She acted as if I asked an absurd question & told me "I will fill it just like I fill everyone else's- with a filling. What else is there to know?" I told her I had never had one and neither has my son, so it was all new to me & that was why I had asked her. She still would not explain what we could expect, so I told her I was shocked & upset by her refusal to give me information. I told her I would not be back w/him & before she finished his treatment, she told me to take him home if I wasn't happy w/her response. I did just that! BAD experience for my son & I!
