Disappointing service

Have dined here multiple times with positive experience. Last time there was. different. Food served hot and was tasty. Service disappointing. Restaurant not busy but had to wait long time to be seated. Once seated, waited 10 minutes for someone to bring menus. Definitely not same level of service have experienced in the past.
