Firstly, the customer service was very poor. The man had no input other than reading the sign posted in front of the furniture. I look young for my age, so maybe he didn’t think I would be a good sell but even after purchasing 2 rooms of furniture, he still was not a professional.

Secondly, the delivery for my bedroom set was more than two hours late outside of the scheduled time.

Thirdly, I’d love to rate the living room furniture but I still haven’t received it. I’ve gone through the process of setting up delivery TWICE yet both couches were damaged during the review. So FOUR couches have been damaged. It’s been a month since I purchased the living room set, yet my family is still sitting on her floor of our new house becauss Ashley Furniture is not capable of delivering in damaged furniture within a month of purchase. I will NEVER shop here again. I do not suggest purchasing anything unless you can walk out with it!

Curly Sue is an exemplary sales rep. She worked diligently to make sure our needs were met. We came in to buy one item and ended up buying two. Will definitely seek her out for future purchases. No high pressure techniques just genuine desire to help us make the best decisions at the best price.

Bought a bed frame for our daughter and a new dining set. Justin Larkin was super helpful and very nice! We've bought 2 couches here in the past that we are still very happy with. Always quality and professional service!

Justin L was wonderful to work with as a sales person. He was curtious, informative, and took the time to ensure we had everything we needed to make the right decision when purchasing new bedroom furniture. I would definitely work with him again.

Well I ordered in February got my furniture in April. With the exception of one piece of the sectional I had bought. Side tables not in till May. Customer service should really communicate more when they talk to customers. One person tells you one thing and another person tells you another. Nobody is on the same page. They told me I had high-quality leather so that's why it took so long. Not sure about that but I do like the furniture hopefully it holds up. Still not sure why furniture takes so long to get.

Order came before the two to three weeks sells lady was great and everyone in the store was very friendly and the front counter ladies great job

Ordered 5 weeks from today and still haven't gotten my couch. 3 weeks after the order they brought a damaged couch, which revealed the quality of the wood used, very cheap material. As of now we haven't gotten the replacement and apparently they don't do refund. Very poor customer service. Would have done better with a couch from Walmart.
