        HORRIBLE. they ruin your clothes, wont help or listen to you to resolve the problem. lie to you about wanting to resolve problem, then they keep stringing you along for weeks making you think they will replace your clothes that was brand new and even ask you for a receipt for the clothes (twice!). then owner hides behind manager peggy cause he doesn't want to deal with it. i spent $150 on a very special occasion blouse and i don't spend that all the time on myself. i cant go get another one either. please go elsewhere for your drycleaning.
