This was my first time going to MB Wilsonville and it was exceptional. I've been driving Porsche's for years and this E350 is my first MB. Chris Cain figured out one of my problems (a fuse) before I even got into my loaner car. They have a new customer going forward!

Love MBW! I have purchased 2 ML350 from here and have serviced both of them at MBW. Chris Cain is my service guy who is fabulous! He is very knowledgable and helpful. If he tells me something needs to be done I can trust him that it needs to be done. He will also tell me if something can wait. He always makes time for me whether I schedule an appointment or drop by. Both my parents service their vehicles with Chris. He is great.

Valarie Smith is a very knowledgeable, professional, service advisor. Valarie is very customer oriented and always returns our calls promptly. We followed Valarie from another MB dealership and will drive the extra miles to have both our cars serviced at MB Wilsonville. MB Wilsonville is the nicest dealership in the Portland area. Make the drive and ask for VALARIE SMITH!

I just had my service done at Mercedes Benz Wilsonville yesterday and thrilled by the superb service I received. My service adviser Chris Cains is very knowledgeable and courteous ! Have had my 2010 Mercedes in several times for CPO warranty related service issues as well as regular maintenance. My service advisor Mark Idol has always been consistently knowledgeable, courteous, understanding and willing to listen. Service staff is consistently fast, efficient and welcoming.

Chris Cain has been my service advisor for many years. He does what he says and is very experienced with mercedes-benzs. The whole service team has been wonderful. They really take the stress out of car ownership. Don't worry! You are in good hands at MB of Wilsonville.

I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville! Chris Cain is great to work with! Staff have welcomed us with a smile every visit we've had with them. The flexible scheduling options and straightforward approach to maintenance will keep me going back. Great waiting area if you need to stick around for an hour. Often there's a sporting event on the big screen, coffee and warm cookies. Fantastic!

I brought my car in for a regular service. Paid them to have a belt tensioner replaced. On my way home, I noticed that my A/C no nonger worked and my car was over heating. I called the dealership the next day. The service advisor argued with me over the phone and told me that there is no way they could have caused that problem. I finally brought the car back a few weeks later since I live 2 hours away. I told the service advisor not to work on the car and to only diagnose the problems. He informed me that the part they replaced had failed and he would replace for no charge. Then he informed me that my radiator fan had now failed and it needed to be replaced, total estimate= $1200. I told him to replace the faulty part they put in the last time and I was going to pick my car up and have it serviced elsewhere because he was treating me with such disrespect. The service advisor called me the next day and told me that he had the car ready to go and my bill was $1200. I told him that I only
