        Overall

        Very poorly ran shipping department!
        Letting loads to be booked before they are available to load or say they are not on the ground yet (not put together)
        Loaders just as frustrated with no viable system to work with for loading trucks
        Will not load this product ever again no matter where it is being shipped from!
