I use this company in the spring and the fall. I have always been very satisfied with their service, pricing and most of all professionalism. I know for a fact that this company is licensed and insured. I have used them now for over ten years and will continue to do so.

I'm not sure what's with the review before me but my experience was far from that. unfortunately I developed a bed bug problem. Due to the comments made i inquired and a technician does not have to have a license but can work under one with proper training. I believe I was told he's been there a minimum of 5 years. None the less the experience over all was great. They have great prices and very very respectful workers. I will never use another company for my pest problems. This is a wonderfully owned very experience family operated business!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY HAVE UNLICENSED TECHNICIANS!!! I used this company to spray pesticides in my home to get rid of a bug problem. From the beginning I was hesitant due to not finding any reviews or even a website. However since we are a low income family I did what nobody should ever do and I choose this company due to it being the lowest price I could find. What a mistake!! They only sent one technician after telling me it would be a two man job. After the second application my family and I became so so so sick. I took my son to the emergency room even. My husband and I could not afford to go and we just got sicker and sicker in the next few weeks. When we finally felt better we decided not to ever use another company that used pesticides. I began to treat the problem myself with little luck. Finally 3 months later our pest issue began to get better. Treating a bug problem like this is exhausting and stressful. It literally takes your personal self away from you and makes you a different person. I haven't slept well in months and I'm physically exhausted and worn down. When I finally began to feel like myself again and not a prisoner in my own home I began to take action. I called the ohio department of agriculture to see what I could do. THEY TOLD ME THE TECHNICIAN WAS NOT EVEN LICENSED!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW CAN A COMPANY DO THIS TO A FAMILY!!!!The dept of ag came to home and I reported the company. I have been waiting for a week to talk to the "office manager" of central ohio exterminating to get my money back. .....I will update this review when I finally get a response. If I have to get a lawyer I will. I have never had so little respect for a company that treats families as poor as this one does. I have a few more choice words but I'm trying to keep this professional.
